Terms of Service

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Content you post

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By posting to Uka you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, encode, and display that content for the purpose of running the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared by others.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload. Do not post material you did not create or licence — including films, TV, anime, music, or game footage owned by someone else.

What is not allowed

• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Sexually explicit material, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Violence, gore, or content that promotes or glorifies harm.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats against people or groups.
• Spam, scams, malware, or artificially inflating views and engagement.
• Anything illegal where you or your audience are located.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Uka infringes your copyright, email support@streamflock.xyz with a link to the content, a description of the work you own, and your contact details. We remove infringing material once verified and terminate repeat infringers.

Monetisation and payouts

Creators may earn a share of advertising revenue their content generates. Earnings are calculated from measured views and ad revenue actually received, and are settled periodically. Figures shown in your wallet before settlement are estimates and may change. We may withhold earnings connected to fraud, artificial traffic, or content that breaks these terms.

Advertising

Uka is supported by advertising. You agree not to interfere with, obscure, or artificially interact with ads shown on the service.

Service availability

Uka is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost content.

Ending your use

You can stop using Uka and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continuing to use Uka after a change means you accept the updated terms.
